A major new development is taking shape near the University of Southern Indiana. Construction is now in the early phase for the $130 million Old Farm Reserve project, located on University Parkway just north of USI. The site was sold this past winter to Parkway Improvements LLC, and plans call for a large mixed-use residential and retail development. The project will include 163 homes, a 240-unit apartment complex, a hotel, a shopping center, and additional retail space.
