HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The man found dead in Saddle Lake in Perry County was arrested a few days before in Vanderburgh County.
Perry Co. Sheriff discusses investigation after body found in Saddle Lake
According to an affidavit, Anthony Evrard was arrested on May 22 for resisting law enforcement. The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were sent near 739 Harpy Street around 11:42 p.m. after they received a call about a man peeking into women’s apartment windows.
When deputies arrived, they deployed a K-9 unit and found Evrard nearby. Deputies say Evrard ran but then surrendered a short time later.
