HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A woman facing several animal cruelty charges is scheduled to appear in court for a change of plea hearing.
Shayna Burko is scheduled to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Court records show a document was recently filed on Burko’s behalf indicating a potential plea of guilty but mentally ill.
