Jennifer Lynn (Yoder) Wagler, 38, of Montgomery, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 3:03PM at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN. One of the last gifts she gave was new life to others as she was an organ donor and was able to share gifts without price to complete strangers, just as she had chosen in advance to do.
Jen was born on September 29, 1987. This incredible human being, so loved by all who knew her, shone with the love of Christ and shared her compassionate and generous heart in everything she did. She showed up with a smile and infectious laughter and was the first to volunteer to serve where there was a need.
Jen attended Barr Reeve until eighth grade, earned her GED, and then her teaching degree from Vincennes University – Jasper Campus. She worked at Graber Post for a short time until she started and ran First Steps Preschool for 2 years. And for the past 13 years, Jen has been at Wagler Custom Homes. She had a brilliant mind, which she used for the good of others. She was the one that was called on in troubles of any kind, and with her cheerful attitude and careful attention, she could order most anything right. Larry Wagler, her boss at Wagler Custom Homes, said that when he encountered a problem, no matter how big or small, he handed it over to Jen and she sorted it out every time.
