EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — Evansville’s recently installed Portland Loo public restroom is temporarily out of service after a person became trapped inside due to a malfunctioning lock.
The incident happened Monday when an individual entered the downtown restroom and was unable to get out. City officials say the person was stuck inside for approximately 30 minutes before the situation was resolved.
