BOONVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — In just a few weeks, Boonville will be home to a 26,000 square foot state of the art aquatic center.
City officials say the facility sports a price tag of over $21,000,000 includes features that will give the residents of Boonville and surrounding counties endless hours of entertainment.
“So, this pool is probably 3 to 4 times the size of our old pool,” says Park Board Vice president Heather Haynes. “So, we of course have the Olympic size pool. We have two big slides that go into the big pool. We have a zero-depth entry for our toddlers, kids. We have two party rooms, or it can become one big party room.”…
