Florida woman arrested for threatening driver with gun in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A Florida woman was arrested in Evansville on Wednesday after threatening to kill another driver during a road rage incident, police say.

According to the Vangerburgh County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 12:27 p.m., police received a report of a road rage incident on northbound U.S. Highway 41 near Boonville-New Harmony Road.

Police say that 44-year-old Mary Elleman of Panama City was driving a white GMC and “became involved in a dispute” with someone driving a black Lexus. Police are accusing Elleman of displaying a gun during the incident, threatening to shoot and kill the driver of the Lexus…
