GIBSON COUNTY, Ind. (WFIE) – An overnight social media post from an Evansville attorney is accusing negligence by Gibson County law enforcement.
It comes one week after a jury found that Patrick Waite acted in self-defense when he shot members of his wife’s family, the Tapia family, killing three and seriously hurting another.
