Man receives prison term for fatal crash involving bicyclist

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – A man involved in a deadly crash involving a bicyclist has been sentenced to four years in prison.

This is after Scott Lane entered into a plea agreement on Friday. Documentation shows he plead guilty to one charge of Causing Death When Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. He was also ordered to pay $1,611.76 in restitution.
