EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Wartime Museum officials report that the Boeing B-29 Superfortress “DOC” has landed head of the Warbird Weekend event.
According to a press release, “DOC” is one of two visiting planes for the museum’s weekend event, along with the P-51 Mustang “Gunfighter” who will arrive later this week.
Officials say both planes will be available for ground tours starting on Thursday…
