EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A man is behind bars after police say he fled from an officer on a bicycle.
An affidavit says an officer saw Brennan Parker riding a bike on North Main Street on Tuesday. The officer attempted to stop Parker, as he knew he had two felony warrants.
Police say Parker fled from the officer and led him on a brief pursuit through vacant lots and alleyways. Parker then abandoned his bike and ran away. This is when the officer got out of his car and fired his stun gun at Parker. The officer used the stun gun twice and successfully detained Parker…
