EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A man is behind bars following a brief standoff in Vanderburgh County.
A release from the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office says a break-in was reported at the Store-N-Lock storage facility on Old State Road on August 11. When deputies arrived, they found a man standing in front of an open trailer. The suspect then fled on foot and scaled a fence to escape the facility.
