HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Henderson County is moving forward with a scaled-back plan for a new grain-bin rescue training facility.
Fire officials say grain-bin rescues are rare but extremely dangerous. The proposed training facility’s only bid came in at more than $426,000, well above the county’s original $300,000 budget.
