EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Residents at Ross Center Village apartment complex are speaking out after they say its been nearly a month since their trash has been dumped.
The complex, located off Covert Avenue, has 4 blue dumpsters owned by Republic services, and all are filled to the brim, overflowing with trash.
