EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – After days of hot weather, Thursday brings cooler temperatures and a chance for more rain — but with a catch. Isolated severe thunderstorms are possible throughout the day, and a Level 1 flooding risk remains in effect.
Evansville has already picked up 1-inch of rain this morning, providing much-needed moisture to the area.
Thursday: Showers Early, Storms Possible
Showers and storms will be most active early Thursday morning, then scatter throughout the afternoon. Highs will reach 83 degrees — noticeably cooler than recent days.
