EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Illinois man was arrested early Friday morning after crashing his car down an embankment along the Lloyd Expressway, according to an arrest report.
Walker Bishop, 25, of Harrisburg, faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. He was also cited for refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Officers were dispatched around 1:44 a.m. to the area of West Lloyd Expressway and Barker Avenue after a caller reported hearing a “bad crash.”
