HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville man has received his sentence after he plead guilty to multiple charges relating to an incident earlier this year where he reportedly shot his ex-girlfriend with a pellet gun.
Court documents show Joshua Wilson plead guilty to battery, intimidation with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. After entering his plea, Wilson’s sentence of two years was suspended to standard probation.
Wilson was arrested in July, after Evansville Police say he waived a gun at a man and woman walking on Fifth Avenue. Following a confrontation, Wilson reportedly shot the woman in her leg with the pellet gun. The woman also told authorities that Wilson had been sending her threatening messages over social media…
