EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — A fallen U.S. Army soldier is set to be laid to rest in Evansville.
On Monday, the Evansville Fire Department raised American Flags over the Boone Funeral Home as the body of 19-year-old Alexandr Frango arrived, escorted by military service members.
