EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Two people are behind bars following a multi-week narcotics investigation in Evansville, according to a police report.
Officers arrested William H. Marver on the charge of dealing methamphetamine and Elizabeth Ruder on the charge of maintaining a common nuisance on Monday.
According to a police report, detectives with the Evansville-Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force launched an investigation into Marver earlier this month. They say undercover investigators carried out three separate controlled purchases of meth from Marver at a home in the area of Riverview Court.
During an initial search of the home and an SUV in the driveway on Sept. 21, investigators found more than 250 grams of methamphetamine in nine bags, some marijuana, a money counter, digital scales, and $3,100 in cash…
