EPD: Man threatens Walmart employees with gun after worker refused to be in his rap video

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A man is facing charges after police say he flashed a gun and made threats when a Neighborhood Walmart employee refused to be in his rap video.

Officers were dispatched to the Neighborhood Walmart on North First Avenue for a report of suspicious circumstances Friday evening.

Police spoke with witnesses who told them the incident happened the day before on Thursday, when Hunter Loera approached an employee and tried to convince him to be in his rap video. The employee declined, but Loera kept asking.

Police said the store manager noticed what was going on and asked Loera to quit distracting the employees. They say that’s when Loera became angry and pulled up his jacket to show his gun…
