EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — The Rotary Club of Evansville is ‘open for business’ as it announces its ‘State of the County’.
Justin Elpers, one of the county commissioners, says that him and his collogues will do whatever it takes to keep families and businesses in Vanderburgh County.
