EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Businesses on Franklin Street are taking on the Fall Festival with their heads held high.
Barbers at Parlour Barber Shop are still taking clients for the week while also serving some Fall Festival inspired cocktails for visitors to generate some extra sales.
