EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – The Wall That Heals, a traveling replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., arrived in Evansville with an escort of motorcycles and first responders.
For one family, the escort was unforgettable. Sharon Wagner-Hocker’s brother, Richmond Wagner, left Evansville to go to Vietnam and did not come home. His name is one of more than 58,000 on the wall.
