DCSO: Multiple suspects arrested in drug trafficking investigation

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office says that seven suspects are in custody as part of a drug trafficking investigation. Authorities say the investigation began after the sheriff’s office received numerous complaints of the suspects running their operations out of Owensboro hotels and motels where they were staying.

On Tuesday morning, authorities say that search warrants were executed at a motel on Triplett Street, where Ronald Burroughs, William Carman, John Burroughs and Megan Bratcher were taken into custody. Authorities say the search uncovered methamphetamine, marijuana, synthetic cannabis (spice), large amounts of money, a vehicle, drug paraphernalia and surveillance equipment.
