EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – An Evansville consignment shop has paid fines related to not paying overtime to employees and not keeping accurate payroll records. The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division investigated World Wide Missions Consignment Store and its employer, M &M Enterprises Inc for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act’s overtime and record keeping.
