EPD: Wanted felon caught with heroin after running from officers, grabbing gun during struggle

Police say Binnie Bryant Jr., who has previous convictions for armed robbery and rape, grabbed a gun from his waistband while struggling with officers before being arrested with a large amount of heroin on him.
