VANDERBURGH CO., Ind. (WFIE) – Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputies say a good citizen helped them catch a highly intoxicated driver who had children in her car. They say the citizen called in to say she saw the driver pulled over Friday evening at Highway 41 and Boonville New Harmony Road.
