HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – The Children’s Museum of Evansville will be celebrating local leaders every Friday for February as part of Black History Month.
Officials state these leaders will lead a session in their field will include an interactive craft or activity with the group to explain what they do and why they do it.
- February 9, 1 p.m. – Courtney Johnson, Founder/Executive Director of Young and Established, Inc.
- February 16, 12 p.m. – Kyissa, Certified Play-Based Fitness Coach
- February 23, 3 p.m. – Liz Jenkins, Actress and UE Guest Professor
“We can’t wait to have these leaders with us, and we’re so excited for what they have to share,” officials said.
The session with Melissa Morehead Moore was on February 2.
