HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Evansville Police say a man trespassed and was rummaging through a back room of a CVS Pharmacy.
An affidavit states officers were dispatched to East Morgan Avenue Saturday evening after the caller stated the back stock room alert went off and could hear what was thought to be two people.
EPD said some signs clearly said, “Employees Only”, “Employees only alarm will sound” and “Emergency Exit.”

Officials stated after being let in, officers found Collin Haley, 28, up in the loft area rummaging through some boxes.
After backup arrived, Haley allegedly began to resist officer attempts to detain him stating, “You guys do not work for me.”
A stun gun reportedly had to be used but still took effort to get Haley detained.
One employee said she believed Haley pushed the door open to the backroom and heard him stomping up the stairs. Another employee said she saw him browsing the aisles before entering the backroom.
Security camera footage by a manager allegedly showed Haley entering the backroom and began to look around before making his way up the stairs.
