SPENCER CO., Ind. (WFIE) – A Spencer County woman is in jail for crimes that court records show happened in July. 31-year-old Ariel Ragan, of Rockport, was arrested Monday. Court records show she’s charged with battery with serious bodily injury to a person under 14, neglect of a dependent resulting in serious bodily injury, and battery in the presence of a child.
