The victim was found in a vehicle on the Lloyd Expressway near Lemcke Avenue, and investigators say that the victim had been involved in an altercation at Bud’s Rockin’ Country Bar and Grill.
Officials say that cameras captured Goss following the victim’s vehicle as it left the area and headed west on the Lloyd Expressway, just moments before the shooting occurred. Police say that based on video evidence from various security and flock cameras, they had enough evidence to file charges against Goss.
He is currently being held in the Vanderburgh County Jail without bond, and the victim is continuing to recover.
