EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – It’s the third largest city in Indiana, with no option of recycling glass. Carl Arnheiter, the owner of Arcademie, says, “We go through a lot of glass. It’s an obvious problem from day one, but what do you do with it when your county doesn’t recycle?”
