EVANSVILLE Ind. (WEVV) – A man, identified as 26-year-old Tyshaun Herring, was involved in a collision on Saturday night in Evansville, according to Evansville Police officers. Herring, who was allegedly driving without a valid license or insurance, is suspected to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident.
