EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – In 2014, Jamie and Shawn Chapman were told one of their twin babies had a congenital heart defect. This conversation would change their lives forever as their son, Luke, was born with hypo-plastic left heart syndrome in April of 2015. this means the left side of his heart was underdeveloped.
