EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – Free bus rides will be available in Evansville during the upcoming total solar eclipse. On Tuesday, Mayor Stephanie Terry announced that METS will be offering free rides during the celestial event, which is happening on April 8. This means free rides on the 16 fixed METS routes and METS Mobility services from 6:15 a.m. until midnight.
