Vanderburgh County has announced its 2024 road, concrete paving work. Here’s the full list

EVANSVILLE — The Vanderburgh County Commissioners approved a list of roads for paving work for this year.

This includes work that will be paid in part by the Indiana’s Community Crossing’s grant, which the county was awarded earlier this month.

Here are the roads where work is planned.

Proposed Vanderburgh County highway projects

  • Allens Lane from Harmony Way to New Harmony Road: $41,574
  • Cypress Dale from West Franklin Road to Seminary Road: $118,326
  • Daylight Drive from Boonville New Harmony to Young Road: $41,410
  • Knob Hill Drive from Ward Road to the dead end: $23,042
  • Mount Pleasant Road from Darmstadt Road to Old State Road: $83,968
  • Old Henderson Road from King Road for a length of 1.5 miles south: $127,920
  • Orchard Road from the town of Darmstadt to Schenk Road: $121,770
  • Pine Tree Drive from Knob Hill to the dead end: $36,490
  • Reis Road from No. 6 School Road to the dead end: $22,796
  • South Happe Road from gravel to Cypress Dale Road: $134,726
  • Schenk Road from St. Joseph Avenue to Darmstadt Road: $96,350
  • St. Joseph Avenue from the town of Darmstadt to Baseline Road: $127,920
  • St. Joseph Avenue railroad tracks project: $23,616
  • Young Road from Boonville New Harmony to the north side dead end: $46,330
  • Young Road from Boonville New Harmony to the south side dead end: $52,890
