EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville Police Department officials say a woman was arrested Sunday after being caught shoplifting from Walmart. According to an affidavit, police were dispatched to the Walmart on North Burkhardt Road at 1:30 p.m. in response to a female, later identified as Deborah Looney, who was shoplifting.
