HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Henderson Police have confirmed skeletal remains were found on the south end of town on Friday.
According to police, the remains were reported to authorities by someone walking through the woods near the river. Officials say the remains were sent off to determine an identity and a cause of death.
Officials also said it appeared that the remains had been there for quite some time.
