EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Heritage Federal Credit Union officials say they are experiencing an increase in fraudulent activities. The bank says this is a nationwide trend that involves phishing attempts. They say those often come in the form of text messages, emails or phone calls where people try to trick you into providing sensitive information.
