OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEVV) – An 18-year-old was arrested in Owensboro after police say he stole an SUV and crashed it into a utility pole while leading officers on a chase. Officers with the Owensboro Police Department say they responded to an auto theft on Village Run around 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
