EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) – A wanted Evansville man is facing more charges after exposing himself while being arrested, according to police. Officers say they were called to an area of Madison and Evans for Brandon Stevenson, who had a felony warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
