A portion of Schutte Road south of the Lloyd Expressway is expected to close to traffic starting Thursday.
The closure will impact traffic flow in both directions, according to a news release from the Indiana Department of Transportation. Schutte Road will be closed between Steller Drive and Mahrenholz Road. The closure is expected to last for 10 days.
Workers will be relocating a water main as part of the Lloyd4U improvements. Mahrenholz Road will not be accessible from Schutte Road during the closure.
Stellar Drive will remain accessible to local traffic coming from the north.
