The affidavit says police found Littlepage hiding in the area several blocks north of the accident. Police say Littlepage appeared to be intoxicated.

The Affidavit says Littlepage swore at police during his arrest. It goes on to say that after being transported to Deaconess Midtown for jail clearance, Littlepage started to yell and cuss, causing disturbance for the several adults and one child waiting to be seen.
