EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – A Kentucky woman was charged with neglect of a dependent Tuesday morning after she was pulled over by police. Officials say 63-year-old Wanda A. Hopson had just dropped her grandchild off at school when she was pulled over for going 35 mph in a school zone.
