Mike Braun stops in Evansville on campaign trail

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — Election day is just three days away. Two of Indiana’s candidates for governor visit Evansville this weekend for a final push to voters.

Indiana republicans are sending out a handful of their election hopefuls by the busload. Their latest stop is in Evansville.

“We want to win with authority, so we can take this state to a place it’s never been before based upon freedom and opportunity,” says Braun.

To make that happen, Senator Braun says he’s bringing his six years of experience in Washington to the governor’s mansion.

“I’ve wrestled there on the big issues. Weighing in on like education, workforce, high healthcare costs, rural broadband, childcare, affordable housing,” says Braun.
