Wanted man in Gibson County attempts to flee from police

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A Princeton man is in custody after a felony arrest warrant turns into a chase Tuesday morning.

According to the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office, authorities attempted to serve a felony warrant to Jason Martin at the 900 block of North County Road 500 West.

Upon arrival, police say Martin ran from the back of the home and attempted to hide from law enforcement.

We’re told as soon as authorities announced a K9 unit was on the scene, Martin came out of hiding.

Martin was arrested and charged with Resisting Law Enforcement on top of his outstanding nonsupport warrant. He is currently booked in the Gibson County Jail.
