The Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck is returning to the Hoosier State, with stops scheduled in four Southern Indiana cities this month. Cousins Maine Lobster is a name you’re hearing more and more these days, as the popular food truck chain expands its footprint throughout the Midwest. The seafood franchise was launched by cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, who opened their first food truck in April 2012. They later appeared on ABC’s Shark Tank, where they partnered with real estate mogul and “Shark” Barbara Corcoran. Today, the company has over 60 trucks nationwide, including one now based in Louisville, Kentucky. That particular truck will be in Southern Indiana on January 8, 9, 10, and 27.
