EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Evansville police say they arrested two suspected cocaine dealers after being informed of their crimes back in September 2023.
Officers say that 52-year-old Donald Skinner and 52-year-old Tracy Johnson Sr. were involved with dealing cocaine and crack in the Evansville area.
