HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — Two Evansville men are in custody after police say multiple confidential informants were used in the course of 18 months to catch them dealing cocaine.
According to an affidavit, detectives with the Evansville Vanderburgh County Drug Task Force received information regarding 52-year-old Tracy Johnson Sr. and 52-year-old Donald Skinner involved in dealing cocaine in September 2023.
