HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – An Evansville man is now being charged with an overdose resulting in a death.
Zachary Wagner, 23, is being charged in connection with the death of Terry Thornton.

According to an affidavit, Evansville Police officers were called to the 200 block of Tekoppel Avenue for a medical emergency. Officers were told by dispatch that they could hear kids crying and screaming someone is dead. Dispatch was also told that the person in question “took some drugs”.
